Clarify the brief
We review your audience, goals, content and chosen package. The proposal confirms scope, price, responsibilities and milestones.
Design and refine
We shape the agreed pages around your customers. You provide accurate source material and consolidated feedback within the included revision rounds.
Connect and check
We connect the agreed tools, check the key journeys and review the website with you before launch.
Launch and hand over
Approve the finished work, receive the agreed handover and begin the included defect-support period. Monthly care is optional.
Your content and our responsibilities
You supply accurate business details, source copy, assets you have permission to use and a person who can approve decisions. We organise and edit the supplied material within the package. New branding, photography, substantial writing and migrations are agreed separately. Access is shared through secure account invitations where available; never put passwords in the project form.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Your project brief is saved for Formvant to review. We use the email you supply to discuss your goals and any missing details, then prepare the appropriate written scope. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a package, reserve a launch date or subscribe you to marketing. You can also download your own copy of the planning brief.
Planning a larger Enterprise project?
Enterprise begins with a separately agreed paid discovery engagement. Requirements, specialist resources, dependencies and acceptance criteria are assessed before an implementation proposal or delivery commitment. Discovery and the full build have distinct scopes and fees.
