This notice explains how the Formvant website handles a project enquiry and optional website analytics.
Project enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, message and optional website address. The project planner additionally collects your industry, timing and selected services. We record any starting estimate, submission time and agreement to be contacted about the enquiry. The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry.
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please provide general business information only. Do not submit payment details, passwords, health records or other sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in this website’s dedicated database. The studio inbox is restricted to the configured studio owner through authenticated access. Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate the site. Service providers may process data outside your province or country.
Anti-abuse checks may retain a hashed network address and hourly request counts. These are used to limit repeated submissions. The website does not store your raw network address in its enquiry records, although hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is connected, this site asks before loading its optional analytics tag. You can decline and still use the website. The current preference is stored in your browser. Analytics is intended to measure page visits and completed enquiry actions; form contents and contact details are not sent as analytics event parameters.
The site can be used before an analytics connection has been configured. No analytics tag loads when there is no measurement ID.
Your enquiry and your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information by submitting a request through the contact form and identifying the email address used. The studio may ask you to verify that address before releasing or changing information. Information may need to be retained where required for an active project or other applicable obligations.
Enquiry records remain in the studio inbox until reviewed and deleted as part of its administration; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Downloading a project brief creates a file on your own device and does not submit it.
Third-party services
A client’s domain registrar, hosting, Mailchimp, booking, analytics or payment provider has its own privacy terms. Those services are selected and configured separately for each project. Marketing email subscriptions require a separate signup and consent process.
