A CLEAR STARTING POINT

Service scope & project terms.

The service packages and starting prices on this website provide a clear planning basis. Your project begins with a written proposal that confirms the work, price and responsibilities.

Pricing and estimates

All listed prices are in Canadian dollars before any applicable taxes. The estimator adds the chosen website package and eligible extras. It is a planning tool, not an accepted quote or purchase. No payment is collected through the enquiry form.

Domain registration, renewals, paid hosting, mailboxes, premium assets and third-party subscriptions are separate. Mailchimp contacts and sending limits, payment processing, booking tools and other provider fees are confirmed during scoping.

Pages, content and revisions

Page limits refer to the agreed website pages and content structure. A revision round means one consolidated set of changes within the approved design and scope. New directions, additional pages, new functionality, extensive original writing and later changes may require a separate quote. You supply accurate business information and materials you are entitled to use.

Integrations and corporate work

Connections to third-party services depend on account access, provider support and suitable subscriptions. The Corporate package includes up to two standard supported integrations, identified in the proposal. Custom software, live listing feeds, large catalog migrations, regulated data systems, security certifications and formal service-level agreements require separate assessment and pricing.

Enterprise projects start with discovery. Technical feasibility, specialist resources, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and support coverage must be established before delivery commitments are made.

Ownership and launch

The proposal sets the terms for ownership and handover of commissioned work following payment. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and services retain their own licences. Your domain and business service accounts should be registered under your control wherever practical. Launch dates depend on the agreed milestones, content, approvals and access.

Support and maintenance

Website builds include 30 days of support for defects in the delivered, agreed work. That period begins on launch. Content changes, new features and provider changes are separate unless included in your care allowance.

Care plans cover scheduled checks and their stated monthly update hours. Hours reset monthly and do not roll over. Additional minor updates cost $75 CAD per hour with approval. Major changes and specialist development receive a separate quote. Support channels, start date, payment and cancellation terms are recorded in the care agreement. Scheduled care is not continuous monitoring or an emergency response service.

Measurement and outcomes

Search rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Analytics can be affected by consent, ad blockers, provider behaviour and configuration. A click on a phone or email link is an indication of interest, not confirmation of a completed enquiry or sale.

Next step

Send a project enquiry to begin the conversation. The proposal will resolve the scope, schedule, payment milestones and any additional requirements before work is accepted.
